Dream Heaven Caravans warrants all parts of the manufacture and assembly of the van for 12 months after the date of purchase. If any workmanship or materials is deemed to be defective, Dream Heaven Caravans shall repair or replace the fault without incurring any charges to the purchaser. The warranty includes faulty chassis, walls, furniture, roof, electrical and plumbing
Dream Heaven Caravans will process any warranty claims within 21 days of receipt of the claim, excluding periods of annual shut down; Dream Heaven Caravans will notify of a warranty being accepted or declined.
At 1000km, the caravan must be inspected by a qualified service agent. Thereafter, servicing the caravan as per the manufacturer's handbook i.e. every 10,000 kms or at each 12month anniversary from purchase; whichever is occurs first. However, a leeway of no more than 30 days or 500 km beyond stated intervals shall be accepted.
The purchaser is responsible to minimise damage to the Caravan, and must not continue to operate the Caravan if a fault or damage is suspected.
If a claim is to arise within the warranty period, the purchaser must contact their Dealer immediately after any fault becomes major and before carrying out any repair or modification. Any claim for reimbursement of repairs being done without prior authorisation risks being denied and may render the warranty invalid.
In the case that parts are needed to be replaced under Warranty, the purchaser is required to return the faulty item to Dream Heaven Caravans or an authorised Dealer before a replacement part is provided.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to deliver the caravan to and from an authorised repairer in the event of a claim for inspection and testing. If such inspection and testing finds no defect in the caravan, the purchaser must pay Dream Heaven Caravans and/or its authorised Dealer the costs of service work, evaluation and testing (if any).
Maximum Claim Limit For Term of Warranty
Up to the market value of the caravan.
Exclusion Under This Warranty
The warranty is void if the van is used for purposes other than what it was designed for; including permanently residing in the van, use for commercial purposes and or towed by means other than a standard passenger vehicle. Warranty will be void if the van is driven carelessly, including unsuitable roads for four-wheel drive or off-roaders, or towed with inappropriate equipment- including incorrect tyre press, overloading or incorrect weight distribution.
Warranty will be void if using incorrect water, electricity or gas supply.
General wear and tear are not covered under warranty, including theft, accidental damage, neglect and environmental damage (eg humanity, animals, fire, water, etc)
Any repairs undertaken by an unauthorised repairer will void warranty, including any items that have not been fitted or installed by the manufacturer after purchasing the caravans.
This warranty does not extend to maintenance items that are the responsibility of the purchaser.
The following appliances are separately warranted:
Hot Water unit
Oven / Stove

Repairing Or Replacing Covered Components Of Your Caravan
The purchaser is covered against faulty components, not including appliances, that would have been covered by the original Dream Heaven Caravans warranty if it has not been expired.

The maximum claim limit for any one claim is up to $10,000 (Ten Thousand Dollars) per claim.
